Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Farooq Haider Khan called on Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Monday. Provincial Ministers Nawabzada Tariq Magsi, Zamrak Khan Achakzai, Mir Asad Baloch, Mir Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani, Parliamentary Secretary Sikandar Ali Imrani Rind and Chief Secretary Balochistan Fazil Asghar were also present on the occasion. During the meeting various issues of political and mutual interest including ongoing struggle for Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination were discussed. Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and Kashmiri people were discussed in the meeting. The Prime Minister strongly condemned the aggression against India while urging the international community to take notice of the Indian atrocities and agreed that India could not stifle the voice of the Kashmiri people. That Pakistan’s moral, diplomatic and political support is a source of strength for the people of Kashmir, the Kashmiri people are grateful to the people of Balochistan for their support and goodwill. Stressing the need for promotion of an atmosphere of political understanding in Pakistan, it was agreed that an economically, economically and politically stable Pakistan is essential for the success of the Kashmiris’ movement to end Indian domination. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has fully presented Pakistan’s position on Kashmir issue in the UN General Assembly. The Azad Kashmir Prime Minister apprised the Chief Minister of Balochistan about some of the issues facing Kashmiris living in Quetta and other parts of the province. The Chief Minister assured that the problems of the Kashmiri brothers would be resolved and their rights would be ensured.
