A delegation of lawyers led by Munir Ahmad Khan Kakar, Vice Chairman Balochistan Bar Council called on Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan here today. During the meeting, the delegation discussed issues related to provision of land for Balochistan Bar Council, housing scheme, medical facilities, appointment of law officer at provincial level, establishment of consumer courts and increase in endowment fund among others. Talking to the Chief Minister, he requested for their solution. Talking to the delegation, the Chief Minister said that lawyers are an educated section of our society and the lawyers of our province are among the eminent lawyers of the country. We have lost many good lawyers in the tragedy but the present provincial government is taking significant steps to fill this gap and is well aware that the law sector is important for which the government has the capacity of young lawyers. Scholarship program intended to enhance the car The Chief Minister assured the delegation that the government would take serious steps to address their issues and other related issues so that the lawyers could work in a better and more conducive environment.
