The Launching Ceremony of Chief Minister Balochistan’s Complaint Portal was organized by the S&IT Department at Sikandar Jamali Auditorium Civil Secretariat Quetta. Prince Ahmed Ali Liaison Assistant to Chief Minister for IT, Ms. Bushra Rind Parliamentary Secretary to Chief Minister for Information Department, Mr. Roshan Ali Shaikh Secretary Science & IT Department, Mr. Irfan Nawaz Memon D.G. IT and Focal Persons of all the Administrative Departments participated in the event. The representative of all Divisional Commissioners, all Deputy Commissioners and other attached Departments also participated through video link.
The CM Complaint Portal has been developed on the directions of Honorable Chief Minister Balochistan to provide an easy platform to the people of Balochistan to lodge their complaints directly to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Secretaries and all the administrative heads at the provincial, divisional and district level. Hon’ble Chief Minister would himself monitor the disposal of complaints on this portal. The Secretary S&IT Department would be acting as focal point for this portal.
The portal was developed exclusively by the S&IT Department through its own resources and technical expertise. The mobile app can be downloaded via Android or IOS systems besides login on to the web portal. http://www.cmcp.gob.pk
